Hi! New to wixi and these forums!
This is just an observation, but it seems to me, given the answers above, that the administrators of this site don't care at all about their customers! =D

Those answers were evasive, incomplete and completely impotent. In fact, the last one was downright rude! =D

Those were the answers from someone who DOESN'T WANT to help *anyone* unsubscribe.
They care more about taking your money than building a good business.
It is now just a few weeks short of 2012 and STILL no unsubscribe button or even a 'my account & billing' page.

I suggest anyone who is as frustrated with this problem and this company as the rest of us, go to the BBB's website and submit a formal complaint.

OR if that isn't your style, blog about it or review it on other sites, shucks, tell your friends even, just get the word out there that Wixi doesn't appreciate it's customers enough to allow a simple way to unsubscribe.

Just get the word out there so people won't make the same mistake we did!!

(PS) I used a prepaid credit card to sign up and am going to zero the balance out and cancel it right now. Have a nice life, wixi!! You're full of fail!
